   You have 5 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging, unopened, to be eligible for a return. Items not in resellable condition will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.

2. Faulty Products:

3. Exchanges:
   We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you’d like to exchange your product for a different color, size, or item, please fill out the exchange form. Upon receipt of your request, we will arrange for a courier to exchange the products. Please ensure the item to be exchanged is ready for pickup in its original condition.

4. Refunds:
   Refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). All refunds will be made via bank transfer. Please note that refund timings may vary due to bank processing times, which are beyond our control.

5. Return Shipping:
   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Bisonxstore.com is not liable for items lost in transit.

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges:
   Delivery charges are non-refundable if the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or an error on the customer's part. Shipping costs will only be refunded in cases where the error is on the part of Bisonxstore.com, such as receiving a faulty product.
